Two men from Dahlonega, Georgia have recently claimed to be in possession of Bigfoot’s carcass.

Dahlonega is the home of my Alma Mater, North Georgia College and State University. I lived there for three years.

I don’t know the guys, but this story tells me that one of two things has happened in the area I used to call home: (a) in the tenuous struggle between Dahlonega’s flegling population of bark-eating, bed-wetting environmentalist hippies and long-established population of rednecks, the latter are winning out, or (b) those hippies have been consuming way too much in the way of local spirits.
